I may accept or deny commission requests within my own discretion.

I may update my rates at any time, but commissions which are in progress are not subject to the new rate.

Commission inquiries and updates will be communicated over email or any of my social medias.

If a client makes me uncomfortable I will cancel the commission and provide a full refund. They will also be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.

No response from the client for 3 up to 6 months concludes a commission regardless of level of completion. These prematurely completed commissions cannot be refunded.

Paying me without me agreeing to the payment is treated as a donation.

Commissions are only finished within the original deadline agreed upon, or later than initially expected depending on personal circumstances.

I own the rights to the image itself, the ability to share the image, and have permission to use it for my portfolio and social medias.

If discussed, images can be requested to be private commissions, wherein they are not distributed publicly or without the client's knowledge.

Commercial usage is to be discussed with me, otherwise it is forbidden if the client has paid for a personal commission.

The client cannot remove my watermark or redistribute an unwatermarked piece.

The client must credit me for the piece unless stated otherwise.

No refunds once I have begun working on the piece

I will provide the initial WIPs within a week of payment.

The client may ask for updates once a day.

If personal circumstances such as illness, loss of required technology, and other debilitating situations occur, I will inform all clients ASAP of said circumstance.

The client cannot change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon and the commission has started.

Extra fees are only applied prior to the beginning of the commission or before extra edits are applied.

RUSH FEES ARE SUBJECT TO HIGHER RATES.

Commercial usage is to be discussed with me prior to the commission, but in most cases it is 300% of the original rate on top of the initial price.

This can vary depending on what is asked for, so it is best to send a message to clarify.
